  • Define detailed specifications for platform features and functionalities.

Team Expansion:

  • Recruit additional team members, including developers, auditors, and community managers.

  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources.

Partnership Exploration:

  • Identify potential strategic partnerships with auditing firms, crypto projects, and educational institutions.

  • Initiate discussions and negotiations with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

Stage 2: Q3 (July - September)

Smart Contract Auditing Service Launch:

  • Introduce smart contract auditing services to the platform.

  • Establish partnerships with reputable auditing firms to offer auditing services to crypto projects.

Educational Content Hub Creation:

  • Develop educational resources, tutorials, and guides on crypto safety and best practices.

  • Launch the educational section of the platform to provide valuable insights to users.

Governance Framework Implementation:

  • Design and implement the decentralized governance model for Innovia Trust.

  • Launch the governance platform to enable token holders to participate in decision-making processes.

Stage 3: Q4 (September - December)

Phase 2 - Escrow Platform Release:

  • Roll out the Phase 2 version of the Innovia Trust platform.

Community Reporting System Deployment:

  • Implement the community reporting system to allow users to flag suspicious projects and activities.

  • Establish protocols for investigating reported cases and taking appropriate actions.

Partnership Expansion:

  • Phase 2 will require us to expand on existing partnerships and establish new collaborations to enhance platform offerings.

Marketing and Growth Strategy Execution:

  • With Phase 2 scheduled we will push a very large marketing campaign for this release!
